The Georgia Rural Telephone Museum exhibits the largest collection of telephones and telephone memorabilia in the world which is housed in a renovated 1920's cotton warehouse.

University

Georgia Southern Museum interprets the natural and cultural history of the coastal plains. Permanent exhibits include a 26 foot Mosasaur fossil and temporary exhibit change every 2 or 3 months. Family programs and educational outreach to southeast GA.

The Georgia Music Hall of Fame is a 43,000 sq. ft. music museum featuring over 500 musical artists and celebrities in "Tune Town", a perpetual music festival. The Museum includes Zell Miller Center for GA Music Studies, GSAMS, and Music Factory.

The museum will open June, 2000 in the Old State Capitol Building. It will be a Regional Heritage Center to idenfify, interpret, preserve and communicate the historical and cultural heritage of the Milledgeville/Baldwin County.
